Using Haroosi
Haroosi is a marketplace that connects couples with wedding vendors in Kenya. By creating an account you agree to provide accurate information, use the platform for genuine wedding planning, and treat vendors and other couples with respect.
Bookings and Payments
Bookings made through Haroosi are processed securely via Paystack. A platform commission is deducted from vendor payouts at the rate shown at checkout. Deposit and refund terms are set by each vendor and displayed on their listing before you pay.
Vendor Accounts
Vendors must complete verification before listings go live. Vendors are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, honouring confirmed bookings, and the quality of the services they deliver. Vendor accounts are governed by the plan terms selected at subscription time.
Subscriptions
Vendor subscription plans renew automatically through Paystack until cancelled. You can cancel from your vendor dashboard; access continues to the end of the paid period. Failed renewals enter a grace period before the plan downgrades.
Content and Conduct
Reviews must be honest and based on genuine bookings. Content that is abusive, fraudulent, or infringes others' rights will be removed and the account responsible may be suspended.
Liability
Haroosi provides the marketplace platform but is not a party to the service contract between couples and vendors. Our liability is limited to the platform fees on the affected booking, to the extent permitted by law.
